A live health workshop for Mothers and their daughters to connect in heart, mind, body and health. The opportunities to connect with your daughter in creative and healthy ways are few and far between. We want to create a time and space to "Work-in" by building up hearts and minds and Work out by building up your body in strength...together. Plus, you can connect with and meet other local strong Moms and girls in the community!

Work-out = Yoga, HIIT, Zumba

9-12pm: Moms + their Daughters (ages 10+)
